Fidelity Life offers helping hand to flood-hit Dunedin and Clutha customers.

Fidelity Life is offering a helping hand to its Dunedin City and Clutha District customers affected by the recent floods in the area.
From today, Fidelity Life customers who are facing financial hardship as a direct result of the flooding in these areas who are eligible can apply to have their premiums temporarily waived for up to 3 months, with the potential to extend for up to a further 3 months, without affecting their insurance protection.
Fidelity Life’s Chief Commercial Officer Bronwyn Kirwan says the company really feels for these hard-hit communities, who are dealing with repeated weather-related events on top of the higher costs of living.
“We’re here for the good of New Zealand, which means being there for our communities when they need us. We hope this relief offer helps Fidelity Life customers in those areas impacted get through these challenging times with one less thing to worry about.
“Keeping your insurance cover in place, especially during tough times, is so important, as it provides peace of mind and a financial safety net when the unexpected happens. This relief offer is a small way to relieve some of the pressure our customers might face.”
