To support you during this time, we’ve developed a relief offer for customers suffering from financial hardship. The areas included in the relief offer are those stated in the State of Local Emergency declaration announced by the Government on 1-May 2025.
What’s available to you.
If you’ve been suffering financial hardship as a direct result of the recent severe weather in the affected areas included in the State of Local Emergency declaration announcement and can supply evidence, and we accept your application, we’ll waive your premiums for up to 3-months with the potential to extend for up to a further 3-months, whilst keeping your cover in place.
