We’re committed to improving the lives of New Zealanders today, tomorrow and for life.

We’re launching a sponsorship of Outward Bound - a non-profit organisation helping people reach their potential through learned experiences.

Our sponsorship enables a diverse selection of young New Zealanders, from across the country, to develop and build lifelong skills that they can give back to their New Zealand communities over time.

 

Introducing Outward Bound. 

Outward Bound is a charity that believes in the power of outdoor learning to build skills in young people that set them up for life-long success.

Founded in 1962 in the Marlborough Sounds, Outward Bound has since served over 70,000 New Zealanders. Offering them the opportunity to learn and grow through shared adventure in the outdoors.

How our sponsorship helps.

We’re establishing the Fidelity Life scholarship programme to provide more young New Zealanders with access to Outward Bound. We’ll enable 20 diverse students across the country to tap into their potential and form strong connections to self, others and nature, by fully-funding them on a 21-day classic course.

We’ll extend the Outward Bound learnings to our staff through a leadership programme. It aims help nurture and grow talent and provide professional development for our people at Fidelity Life.

Our sponsorship aims to offer opportunities for more New Zealanders to reach their potential. To strengthen a generation now so they can positively impact New Zealand going forward. Over the next 12-months we’ll track and communicate the impact our sponsorship of Outward Bound is making. Stay tuned for updates.
