Our 2 largest shareholders, the NZ Super Fund and Ngāi Tahu Holdings, have long term, multi-generational investment horizons and, like us, care deeply about protecting our future generations.

We’re regulated under the Insurance (Prudential Supervision) Act 2010 and hold a licence issued by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
